## Direct Dividends

**100% of all revenues generated by FlashMEV are proportionally redistributed as direct dividends to holders based on holding percentage.**

For example, a **holder with 1% of the total FLASH Token supply would receive 1% of all revenues generated by FlashMEV.** Dividends will be automatically distributed to holders in the form of ETH. They will be distributed on a bi-weekly basis.
